How to Approve New Salespersons
When a salesperson registers to join your team, the manager will receive a notification via LINE and can approve or reject them.
Approval Steps
1. Open Team Manager
Tap "Team Management" from the Rich Menu at the bottom to open the Team Manager page.
2. View Pending List
The Team Manager page will display salespersons who are Pending approval at the top.
3. Review and Approve
Tap on a salesperson's name to view their information, then choose:
- Approve — The salesperson can start using the system immediately
- Reject — The salesperson will be notified of the rejection

Once approved, the salesperson will automatically receive a new Rich Menu for salespersons and can start recording sales right away.
Managing Team Members
After approval, you can also:
- View all team members
- View each person's sales statistics
- Remove a salesperson from the team (if needed)
